Job summary

The role requires experience supervising staff, strong budgeting skills, and cross-campus collaboration. A bachelor’s in a related field is required; a master’s is preferred, with policy compliance and stakeholder engagement as core duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with strong program management experience.
• Experience supervising personnel, program development and budget oversight.
• Knowledge of TRiO Upward Bound or Talent Search is helpful; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee TRiO Lake-Mendocino programs and operations.
• Manage budgets, activities, and compliance with university policies.
• Coordinate with high schools, staff, and external partners to ensure program success.
