Qualifications

• Lockout/tagout certified or willing to train on site.
• Strong aptitude in measurement calculations and mechanical reasoning.
• Experience operating a computer controlled trimsaw is preferred.
• Ability to perform quality checks and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stage saw by scanning tickets into the computer.
• Adjust guides on the trimsaw to maintain margins for builds.
• Make manual adjustments to meet tolerances as required.
• Test door set-up and barcode printer.
• Calibrate the trimsaw and perform daily maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular quality checks before and after door sizing.
