Job summary

Mountville Mills, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented manufacturing associate to trim and cut mats to exact size and quality specifications.

You will use hand tools and trimming equipment to remove excess rubber and material, and you will inspect finished mats for defects and edges. You will follow safety guidelines and SOPs to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area compliant with 5S/lean standards, supporting our quality and innovation focus in a fast-paced production setting in Dalton,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software quickly.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions and production orders.
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Manufacturing/production environment with moderate noise levels.
