MatWorks is seeking a detail-oriented production associate to trim and finish rubber mats in our Dalton, GA facility. You will manually trim to spec, use hand tools to remove excess material, and inspect for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong computer skills, and the ability to read technical instructions. You’ll work in a manufacturing setting with safety SOPs, 5S/lean practices, and opportunities for growth.

• Ability to read and understand technical instructions and production orders.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
