Snelling Staffing DFW is recruiting for a Trimmer to join a manufacturing team in Arlington, TX. The role involves trimming rubber components, inspecting outputs, and preparing parts for packaging while upholding quality and safety standards.

The position is full-time with a Monday-Thursday schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering $17.00 per hour. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required, and strong reliability is expected.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Trimmer to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on production role, you will trim rubber components, inspect finished products, and prepare parts for packaging while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Trim rubber components using an X-Acto knife and small hand tools with precision.

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards.

• Identify and report defective or non-conforming products.

• Sort, count, and package completed parts according to production requirements.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production guidelines.

• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality and productivity.

• Work effectively as part of a production team.

Qualifications
