Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure on-time deployments, perform QA/QC, and support both rentals and new equipment sales. Strong communication and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Trimble survey, construction, or MGIS products and software is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental requests with customers and sales.
• Perform pre- and post-rental inspections and QA testing.
• Oversee shipping and receiving of all rental gear.
• QA/QC verification and loading of OS, software, licenses on devices.
• Resolve technical issues for walk-in clients and support inventory control.
