McElroy Metal in Bossier City, LA is seeking a Trim Press Brake Operator to interpret work orders and operate trim brake machines under supervision. You will program custom trim specifications, perform daily quality checks, and ensure pieces meet customer requirements while maintaining production flow.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and basic shop tool familiarity. Work hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday–Friday with overtime as needed; indoor environment with protective

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience reading work orders and using basic shop tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Reads and interprets product work orders and enters data into the press brake controller.
Provides quality control checks and completes daily quality checklist.
Inserts trim blanks into the press brake and forms pieces as required.
Programs custom trim specifications into the controller as needed.
Fashions hand-crafted trim pieces with tools.
Places finished trim goods on holding rack.
