Stier Supply Company, a family-run millwork and installation team, seeks a Trim Punch Carpenter to install exterior and interior trim, doors, hardware and blinds on residential sites for major builders. You will work full-time, with safety training and provided PPE as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry.
• Own tools, smartphone, valid driver license, and insured vehicle for daily use.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform trim carpentry installations and repairs on residential job sites.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to meet job requirements.
• Maintain site cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and inspect work quality.
• Use digital tools daily for task management.
