Job summary

Stier Supply Company is seeking a Trim Punch Carpenter to install exterior and interior trim, doors, blinds, and hardware on residential sites for large builders. You will work full-time, Monday–Friday, on active construction sites across the Southeast.

The role emphasizes craftsmanship, safety training, PPE, and use of digital task management tools. Valid license and own tools are required to succeed in this field.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry.
• Own tools, smartphone, valid driver license, and insured vehicle for daily use.
• Able to transport materials using a personal vehicle as needed.
• Physical capability to stand, lift up to 75 lbs, and perform demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Perform trim carpentry installations and repairs on residential sites with attention to detail.
• Safely use hand and power tools to meet job requirements.
• Maintain site cleanliness and follow safety protocols; ensure quality of work.
