Up Closets is seeking a skilled trim carpenter for a part-time role in the NYC area. You will perform finish work on residential and commercial installations, delivering precise, high-quality results. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of trim/finish carpentry, strong miter/coping/scribing skills, and the ability to work independently or with a small team.

Compensation ranges from $28.00 to $38.00 per hour. Valid driver's license and strong client communication are essential.

We are looking for someone passionate about delivering clean, precise finish work that elevates the quality of every installation. Seeking someone detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in trim and finish carpentry who can hit the ground running on residential and commercial job sites across NYC.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on trim or finish carpentry experience (required) Strong miter cutting, coping, and scribing skills Familiarity with tools used in trim and finish work (miter saw, nail gun, router, hand tools) Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Excellent communication and professionalism on client job sites Ability to lift and carry materials and perform physical tasks as needed

Qualifications
