Job description

Cabinet Technician / Trim Carpenter / Cabinet Installer

Pay: $25-$40 per hour based on experience. Kitchen Tune-Up is a fast-growing family‑owned company offering consistent hours and competitive pay.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work in consumers’ homes to transform their kitchen.
• Follow the workplan to deliver an outstanding end result for the homeowner.
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun.
• Able to drill for hinges, install doors, drawer boxes, and drawer fronts.

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently with a stellar work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail and must take personal pride in a job well done the first time.
• Must be able to interact with customers on a professional & friendly level.
• Arrive to job site on time in appropriate work clothing.
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.

Requirements

• Ability to work in Middlesex County, Fairfield County & New Haven County.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
