Cabinet Technician / Trim Carpenter / Cabinet Installer

We are a growing kitchen remodeling business offering consistent hours and competitive pay ($25-$40/hour based on experience). We’re looking to add one or more cabinet installers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work in consumers’ homes to transform their kitchens.
• Follow the workplan to deliver an outstanding end result for the homeowner.
• Safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun.
• Drill for hinges, install doors, drawer boxes, and drawer fronts.
• Work quickly and efficiently with a stellar work ethic.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail; take personal pride in a job well done the first time.
• Interact with customers on a professional and friendly level.
• Arrive to jobsites on time in appropriate work clothing.
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.

Requirements

• Ability to work in Middlesex, Fairfield, and New Haven counties.
• Valid driver’s license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform required tasks.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
