Carpenter Helper / Jr. Cabinet Installer – Kitchen Tune‑Up

We are a growing remodeling business with a proven track record of success. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking to add one or more team members.

Responsibilities

• Work in consumers’ homes to transform their kitchen.
• Follow the instructions of the lead installer.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.
• Keep tools, materials and work vehicles clean and organized.
• Do basic carpentry (e.g., measure, drill holes, hang doors, etc.).
• Paint cabinet boxes, molding, etc. in homes when necessary.

Additional Responsibilities

• Able to safely operate power hand tools.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently with a stellar work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail and must take personal pride in a job well done the first time.
• Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional and friendly level.
• Arrive to jobsite on time in appropriate work clothing.

Requirements

• Ability to work in Middlesex County, Fairfield County & New Haven County.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
