Job Summary

TriWest is proud to serve our nation’s heroes. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced Contact Center, responding to inbound calls, chat, email, or other written correspondence regarding enrollment, claims, referrals, authorizations, and appointments. This role combines your passion for the military community with your customer service skills.

Education & Experience

  • High School diploma or GED
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to receive a favorable DoD background investigation
  • At least two years of professional customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Technology literate, experienced in navigating multiple screens/web browsers, and able to work independently remotely

Preferred

  • TRICARE customer service experience
  • Contact center experience including chat messaging
  • Military connectedness

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer healthcare inquiries professionally via phone, chat, email, or written correspondence
  • Take ownership of issues, use sound judgment, and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Meet productivity and performance metrics, including attendance and schedule adherence
  • Document interactions in CRM system
  • Participate in continuous training to resolve inquiries effectively
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance
