Job Overview

VGS seeks experienced contact center professionals for full-time, remote inbound benefit support roles, primarily assisting TRICARE beneficiaries. The next class begins on June 9, 2025.

Eligibility & Requirements
  • U.S. Citizens residing in specified states.
  • Preferred: 2+ years call center or customer service experience.
  • Retired Veterans and Military Spouses encouraged to apply.
  • Must have a personal PC/laptop with wired internet connection.
  • Availability for pre-interview sessions in May 2025.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to caller questions about benefits, eligibility, and claims via phone and written communication.
  • Complete paid training and apply skills on the job.
  • Document inquiries and track activities in the database.
  • Coordinate with team members and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain quality standards and a productive work environment.
