Job summary

AlphaHire Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL) seeks a Tribal Justice Training & Technical Assistance Specialist to strengthen applied research and TTA capacity for tribal justice systems, including courts, law enforcement, victim services, and reentry programs.

You will assess needs with tribal leadership, design and deliver TTA, curricula, toolkits, and coaching, and support program design, data practices, and continuous improvement across tribal partners. Remote-first with travel as required.

Qualifications

Experience providing training or technical assistance to tribal justice or tribal agencies.
Strong facilitation, curriculum or toolkit development, and written-deliverable skills.
Ability to work respectfully with tribal nations, governments, and community partners.
Open to full-time employment or project-based engagement; remote-first with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Assemble and assess tribal justice and public-safety training needs with tribal leadership and staff.
Design and deliver TTA, curricula, toolkits, and coaching for tribal contexts.
Support program design, policy development, data practices, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement and partner networks across tribal and intergovernmental settings.
Contribute qualifications and past-performance narratives to grant packages when permitted.
