• Demonstrated experience with veterans justice, veterans treatment courts, justice-involved veterans programs, or closely related reentry and diversion work.

• Assess veterans justice program needs across courts, corrections, behavioral health, and veteran-serving partners.
• Design and deliver training, technical assistance, curricula, and implementation coaching for veterans treatment courts, diversion, and reentry models.
• Help partners strengthen screening, case coordination, peer support, and connections to VA and community resources.
• Develop practical tools, performance measures, and knowledge products for the field.
• Contribute specialist qualifications and past-performance narrative to grant and sponsored-research packages when permissioned.
