Qualifications

• 10 years minimum experience in an administrative position with program development, report writing or policy development.
• 5 years minimum property or program management experience.
• 5 years minimum management experience in Tribal Governance or Native programs.
• Strong written, electronic, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tribal partners to address housing and service needs.
• Oversee NAHASDA housing activities and Indian Housing Plan programs.
• Coordinate TDHE-related housing operations with tribes and governing bodies.
• Assist Executive Director and Board in strategic planning and mission operationalization.
• Identify and pursue new housing opportunities and grants at federal and state levels.
• Conduct public relations and outreach to market KIHA programs.
