• Experience with teen/young adult programs and case management.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Mentor LB participants through intensive engagement and teachable moments.
• Provide trauma-informed services and handle participant issues professionally.
• Lead group activities to improve social interactions among residents.
• Coordinate with employers, arrange job shadowing and employment outcomes.
• Ensure safe worksites and maintain cleanliness of living quarters.
• Develop and deliver life skills workshops (cooking, budgeting, etc.).
• Maintain records and protect confidentiality as required.
• Recruit community participation for Life Builders.
