Nooksack Indian Tribe is seeking a Case Manager in the Housing Department to assist with compliance procedures, resident training, and office management for the Tribal Housing program.

The role requires work on weekends and some evenings, emphasizes confidentiality and strong organizational skills, and involves liaising between NHA and homebuyers/renters. A Washington State driver’s license and LIHTC/NAHASDA familiarity preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree in Social Work or Human Services or related experience.
• Must pass alcohol/drug test at time of hire and periodically.
• Criminal background check required at hire and periodically thereafter.

• Monitor resident compliance with Tenant Agreements and related documents.
• Manage housing services for tenants and respond to complaints.
• Maintain accurate participant files and document program activities.
• Assist with office/document processing for program participants.
• Develop an internal resource manual for homebuyers/renters.
