Job summary

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business, 5 years of accounting experience, and 2 years in a supervisory role, with a CA driver’s license and grants experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
• Five years of general accounting experience and two years in a supervisory role are expected.
• Ability to obtain/maintain California driver’s license and government licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct accounting department functions and maintain compliant policies.
• Review cash flow reports and perform analyses as required.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and grant-related analyses.
• Oversee government and enterprise tax returns preparation.
• Support budget development and year-end audit coordination.
• Maintain internal controls and staff training within the department.
