A regional construction authority based in Bethel is looking for a Residential Construction Coordinator to manage and oversee residential construction projects in the AVCP region. The position requires strong project management skills, experience in construction, and cultural sensitivity to the needs of local tribes. A high school diploma and a current residential contractor's license (or willingness to obtain one) are necessary. This role involves substantial travel and project documentation management.

Qualifications

• Ability to enforce project contract provisions.
• Experience in home assessments for residential construction.
• Familiarity with managing construction project documentation.
