In this hands‑on role, you will blend statistics, data engineering, and AI to enable early signals, work across global teams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with GCP, ICH, and AbbVie SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must have advanced degree in a relevant field with strong statistical background.
• Proven track record applying AI/ML to analytical problems with impact.
• Experience with clinical trial data (CDISC SDTM/ADaM) or real‑world data.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of data pipelines and integrated data for safety and efficacy surveillance.
• Deliver tables, listings and figures; automate reporting wherever possible.
• Develop self‑service tools and dashboards used by study teams.
• Apply generative and agentic AI across analysis workflows and assess gains.
• Mentor team members and communicate results to non‑technical audiences.
