Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.

• Computer savvy and able to type at least 35 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents including pleadings and motions.
• E-file court documents in state and federal court.
• Conduct legal research and prepare discovery documents.
