Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Paralegal to support our attorneys. You will prepare legal documents, e-file court documents, conduct legal research, and communicate with clients.

We require a well-organized individual with excellent communication skills and at least 2 years of litigation experience. Full-time employees receive great benefits including medical insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Proficient in calendaring depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Knowledge of motions, discovery, and evidence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
• E-file court documents in state and federal court.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
• Communicate with clients, court, and counsel.
