Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in Personal Injury or Workers' Compensation preferred.
• Must type no less than 35 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents including pleadings and motions.
• E-file all court documents in state and federal court.
• Communicate with clients and the court.
• Conduct legal research and prepare discovery documents.
