Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in New Mexico. The attorney will handle motor vehicle liability and automobile accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs in Arizona, focusing on trial preparation and trial conduct.

The role offers a comprehensive compensation package including base salary, non-recoverable draw, bonuses, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Law degree (J.D./Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school.
• Active NM State Bar member in good standing.
• Ideally 3+ years of Personal Injury/auto liability/MVA experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases while providing excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings and motions.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Coordination with expert witnesses and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
