Bowman and Brooke LLP is seeking a Trial Ready Litigation Paralegal to join our Lake Mary, FL office. The role supports trial teams by preparing, editing, and managing documents, coordinating witnesses, and handling discovery and subpoenas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 4+ years’ litigation defense experience required.
• Familiar with client billing guidelines and able to record accurate billing entries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit and proofread a variety of documents (correspondence, agreements and pleadings).
• Work with attorneys to keep litigation advancing in each case, updating team members on case status.
• Assist with discovery, including discovery requests, depositions and subpoenas.
• Assist with document review and analysis through various platforms.
• Manage electronic case files using a document management system (IManage).
• Prepare for trial, including compiling materials, coordinating witnesses, subpoenas, exhibits and attending trial.
