Qualifications

• 4+ years' litigation defense experience required

• Able to travel nationwide to attend trial
• Experience with client billing guidelines and entries

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit and proofread a variety of documents (correspondence, agreements and pleadings).
• Support attorneys to advance litigation; update team on case status and needs.
• Assist with discovery, including requests, depositions and subpoenas.
• Assist with document review and analysis across platforms.
• Manage electronic case files using iManage and keep information organized.
• Prepare for trial by coordinating witnesses, exhibits and subpoenas.
• Gather and analyze complex medical records for chronologies.
