Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and JD.
• Bar admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Typically requires 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in law or insurance claims.
• Trial and litigation experience is required, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
• Tort Litigation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handles highly complex or specialized insurance defense or coverage matters from pleadings through trial.
• Manages all phases of litigation preparation and develops case strategy.
• Prepares and directs litigation materials including briefs, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial exhibits.
• Advises on whether cases should be tried or settled and drives matters to resolution.
• Handles high-complexity or high-exposure bench and jury trials as first chair.
• Manages all aspects of litigation including court appearances and settlements.
• Provides trial coaching, oversight, and assistance to other attorneys.
