Job summary

Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to support an expanding trial team in Tampa, FL. The role manages complex litigation files from inception through trial, including medical record reviews, expert witness coordination, discovery responses, and court filings.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate with at least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, and strong Florida and Federal Rules

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent field experience.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably insurance defense.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation files from intake through trial preparation.
• Summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, court filings, and third-party records.
• Perform targeted legal research using case law, statutes, public records, and legal databases.
