The successful candidate will draft and negotiate contracts, develop litigation strategies, and advise on regulatory compliance while managing multiple matters in a mid-sized, growth-focused firm with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Nevada license.
• Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Proven track record in managing and resolving complex matters.
• Strong ability to draft and negotiate business contracts.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in business litigation including contract and real estate disputes.
• Provide comprehensive legal services in transactional matters, drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Develop litigation strategies from filing through trial experience as required.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Advise clients on formation and regulatory compliance.
• Manage multiple matters concurrently while meeting deadlines.
