You will handle depositions, draft and argue motions, and coordinate directly with clients and carriers. You will contribute to trial teams, manage multiple cases, and advance mentorship while not performing routine administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Ability to take and defend depositions without close supervision.
• Strong research and writing skills with sound legal judgement.

Responsibilities

• Defend trucking, transportation, and other litigation in state and federal courts.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.
• Communicate directly with clients and carriers and manage responsibility on trial teams.
• Carry multiple cases with support from associates and staff while avoiding administrative tasks.
