Job summary

NPAworldwide in Irvine, CA is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 3–7 years of litigation experience to join our litigation practice. You will work closely with seasoned trial attorneys on significant litigation from early case strategy through trial preparation in a lean, high-performing environment.

Experience in consumer litigation, products liability, or employment law is valuable. Trial experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organization and judgment with the ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Legal research and factual investigation.
• Drafting legal memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
• Coordinating with expert witnesses and consultants.
• Drafting offensive discovery and responding to defensive discovery.
• Taking and preparing for depositions.
• Managing document review and production.
• Preparing cases for trial and participating in trial work.
