Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of a varied civil litigation caseload from initial assessment through resolution.
• Developing case strategy and handling substantive discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
• Working directly with clients while managing matters at different stages of litigation.
• Gaining hands-on trial experience and mentorship from experienced attorneys.
