Qualifications

• 3–8 years of defense litigation experience required.
• Active Nevada Bar license required (Las Vegas).

• Trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from filing to resolution.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and related documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Take and defend depositions; assist with witness prep.
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial-related proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and teams to drive strategy.
