Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited law school and be in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• Senior level requires five or more years of legal experience.
• II requires Florida Bar with less than five years of experience.
• I requires Florida Bar and appointment with 10% below minimum if unbarred.

Responsibilities

• Review briefs and case files; conduct legal research.
• Draft memoranda, opinions, orders, and reports for judges.
• Advise judges on pending litigation and issues.
• Work in a high-volume environment under general supervision.
• Draft bench briefs and appellate opinions as needed.
