We Are Legal Revolution in Downtown Los Angeles seeks an experienced Trial Counsel / Partner-level attorney to join its growing litigation team. The role offers first-chair trial opportunities, autonomy, and high-level responsibility in commercial litigation and employment defense.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of commercial litigation and/or employment defense experience.
• California Bar admission in good standing.
• Experience managing complex litigation matters with autonomy.
• Strong writing, advocacy and client management skills.
• Commercially minded and comfortable working directly with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Handle complex commercial litigation and/or employment defense matters.
• Take lead responsibility on case strategy, client communication and trial preparation.
• First-chair trials and manage high-value litigation matters.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage discovery, expert work, hearings, mediations and settlement strategy.
• Work closely with business clients, executives and stakeholders.
• Help grow the practice and develop client relationships.
