Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Business & Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a growing boutique practice offering remote work. You will independently manage sophisticated business and commercial disputes and work directly with clients from inception to resolution.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of litigation experience, strong motion practice and writing skills, and CA Bar admission.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of litigation experience.
• Strong business or commercial litigation background.
• Ability to independently manage files.
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills.
• Employment litigation experience is a plus.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle motion practice, discovery and litigation strategy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations and other proceedings.
• Work directly with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Contribute to business development and client generation.
