Oliver James Group in the Greater Trenton Area is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join its in-house litigation team, supporting subrogation defense matters for a high-tech P&C client. You will manage a full docket, handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation with an emphasis on strategic resolution.

The ideal candidate has 5–15+ years of subrogation insurance defense, significant trial experience before judges or juries, and a JD with active New Jersey bar

# Trial Attorney, Subrogation Defense – New Jersey## NO BILLABLE HOURS!Our client, a well-established and high-tech P&C insurance carrier is seeking an experienced **Trial Attorney** to join its in-house litigation team supporting insured clients in **subrogation** **defense matters**.
