Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, including plaintiff personal injury, premise liability, and bodily injury.
• Proven track record of success in personal injury litigation, including trial experience.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft and file legal documents, such as pleadings and motions.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
