You will independently manage medical malpractice and personal injury cases through all phases of litigation, draft pleadings and motions, take depositions, and assist with trial preparation, while

Qualifications

• J.D. and active Colorado Bar membership in good standing.
• 3-4 years of defense or plaintiff-side medical malpractice or personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills.
• Excellent client communication, organization, and case management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage medical malpractice and/or personal injury cases through all phases of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions, attend court hearings, and assist with trial preparation.
• Collaborate with medical experts, co-counsel, and the legal team to develop case strategy.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent case updates.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement opportunities.
