The Energy and Natural Resources Division is seeking experienced civil litigators for the Land Acquisition Section. This unit handles real property acquisition for federal projects through litigation, title review, and coordination with agencies.

Candidates must have a J.D., be admitted to a U.S. bar, and meet post-J.D. experience requirements for GS-13 to GS-15. Washington, DC salary ranges are GS-13: 121,785-158,322; GS-14: 143,913-187,093; GS-15: 169,279-197,200.

Qualifications

• Post-J.D. litigation and/or judicial experience required for GS-13/14/15 levels.
• Experience in litigation, administrative law, and/or environmental law is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and title review for federal land acquisition.
• Collaborate with agencies to support national parks, military installations, and infrastructure projects.
• Advise on property interests and compliance with federal acquisition laws.
