The Energy and Natural Resources Division seeks experienced civil litigators to acquire real property for the United States through litigation and title review, with interagency collaboration for national parks, military sites, and infrastructure projects.

Applicants must have a J.D. degree, be admitted to a U.S. bar in good standing, and be a U.S. citizen or national. Salary depends on GS grade (GS-13–GS-15) in Washington, DC.

Formación

• J.D. degree is required and bar admission in good standing.
• U.S. citizenship or national status required.
• Years of post-J.D. experience determine GS grade level: 1.5+ for GS-13, 2.5+ for GS-14, 4+ for GS-15.

Responsabilidades

• Litigate to acquire real property on behalf of the United States.
• Perform title reviews as part of the property acquisition process.
• Collaborate with federal agencies on projects spanning national parks, military installations, and critical infrastructure.
