Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Litigate condemnation and title matters to acquire real property for federal use.
• Prepare and argue substantive motions, briefs, and depositions; handle negotiations.
• Collaborate with client agencies, appraisers, and paralegals to develop litigation positions.
• Support training and mentorship for less experienced attorneys within the LAS.
