The Practice

The docket is busy, fast-paced, and diverse. Specifically, you will defend state agencies, local counties, and sheriff's departments, alongside traditional insurance defense files involving premises liability and auto accidents.

What You Will Do:

• Take the lead: Manage cases from initial pleadings through discovery and trial preparation.
• Command the room: Take and defend depositions confidently. (Note: hands-on deposition experience is an absolute must for this role).
• Advocate: Argue motions, attend mediations, and develop winning strategies directly with your clients.

What You Bring:
