Job summary

Trustpoint.One is seeking several Attorneys with hands-on litigation experience for a long-term project in Denver, CO. You will review claimants, write briefs, and handle administrative hearings and court appearances, in person or virtually, while assisting with settlements.

Ideal candidates are licensed in good standing in at least one US state, with 2+ years of full-cycle litigation experience. Employment/workers' comp litigation is a plus; flexible hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in at least one US state in good standing.
• At least 2 years handling full-cycle litigation including court appearances.
• Employment or workers' compensation litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review claimants and draft briefs for hearings and settlements.
• Prepare for hearings and represent clients in admin proceedings.
• Attend court hearings or virtual appearances as required.

Job description

Trustpoint.One is seeking several Attorneys with hands-on litigation experience to join a long-term (6 to 12+ months) project in Denver, CO. Our client is a nationally recognized organization and this project will involve in-depth claimant review, writing briefs, handling administrative hearings and making court appearances (either in person or virtually) and assisting with settlements.

Requirements include:

• Must be licensed to practice law, in good standing, in at least one US state.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience handling full-cycle litigation, including appearing in court for hearings and trials
• Employment litigation and/or Worker's Compensation litigation are strongly preferred, but not required.
• Experience responding to subpoenas is strongly preferred
