Associates receive substantive responsibility and hands‑on mentoring designed to develop trial lawyers. The work ranges from case strategy and direct client work to taking depositions, arguing motions, preparing witnesses, and gaining meaningful courtroom experience alongside lawyers who have tried hundreds of cases.

Base compensation is approximately $150,000-$200,000, depending on experience, with bonus potential that can easily bring total compensation to $200k to $300k.
