The firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney who will nurture important civil and commercial clients and autonomously run with their cases.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in general defense litigation (civil and commercial litigation preferred)
• Clerkship experience, ideally at the federal level
• Confidence in taking and defending expert depositions
• 1st or 2nd chair trial experience
• Complex brief and motion writing skills
• Ability to guide and counsel clients throughout their case lifecycle
• Negotiating settlement proposals and preparing settlement agreements
• Exceptional writing skills and relevant writing samples

J.D. and active license in Colorado required.

Compensation:

Base salary up to $185k (for 7 years of experience), with generous billable and origination bonuses.
