Mid-Senior Level Litigation Associate

Billable benchmark is 1700 hours.

The firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney who will nurture important civil and commercial clients and autonomously run with their cases.

4-7 years of experience in the following areas is required:

• general defense litigation experience (civil and commercial litigation preferred)

• clerkship (ideally federal level)

• confidence taking and defending expert depositions

• 1st or 2nd chair trial experience

• complex brief and motion writing

• intimately guiding and counseling clients throughout the lifespan of their cases

• negotiating settlement proposals and preparing settlement agreements

• exceptional writing skills and writing samples

J.D. and active license in Colorado required.

COMPENSATION

Base compensation up to $185k (for 7 years of experience), with generous billable and origination bonuses.
